Restaurant & Market Manager
Plan and coordinate operational activities of a full-service Ukrainian Restaurant and afliate food market. Monitor inventory, place orders with suppliers. Check sanitary conditions of the premises. Verify employees employment eligibility and compliance with food industry regulations. Create work schedule for the rotating staff. Prepare weekly balance sheets for the management. Take orders and calculate estimates for special reservations and catering.
Bachelor’s in Management, Business Administration, or similar; 6 months of experience in operational business management.
